Liability Statement

Every clients must pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their date and time frame that was agreed upon between Brush Elements and client. The client only has 7 days to pay their deposit.The deposit amount is subtracted from the overall balance.The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, onsite.

NO personal checks will be accepted day of the event. We accept CASH, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery.

If paid through credit card onsite an additional $2 fee will be added to the overall balance.

Artist is not liable for allergic reactions to our non-hypoallergentic cosmetic grade paints. Children with skin allergies for sensitive skin should either not participate, or have artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the party.


For sanitary reasons, artist will not paint anyone who appears to be sick or suffering from: cold sores; conjunctivitis; any infectious skin condition; eczema or open wounds. Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property.


By booking Brush Elements, LLC, clients agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or any damage to artist's equipment or supplies caused by pets or guests.

Artist will not supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client's and/or parents' responsibility. Artist cannot see other children and what they are doing while painting.
